Tournaments & Jamborees
All SCCYSL Teams wanting to participate in tournaments must adhere to the Tournament Application Procedures established by The California Youth Soccer Association and District II.

Applications and forms are also in the CYSA Team Manual

Read carefully the District II procedures, otherwise tournament applications may be returned if not completed correctly.

2009 Santa Cruz Classic

The 2009 Santa Cruz Classic is now accepting applications for the 2009 tournament to be held September 26th & 27th, 2009.

Please send a completed tournament application (download pdf application) along with a check for $550 to:

All California teams must be CYSA registered and out of state teams must be US Youth Soccer affiliated.

The Santa Cruz Classic is tournament #2-035. The entry fee is $550. Each team is guaranteed 3 games (2 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday). Championship & Consolation games will be on Sunday afternoon/evening. Games can start as early as 8am. Also, some locations have lights so we will have night games on Saturday.

Mandatory Friday night check-in for accepted teams will be on Friday September 25th from 7 – 9 pm at the Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley Hilton. ( http://www.hiltonsantacruzscottsvalley.com/).

Accept/Reject letters will be e-mailed out by mid July. Please get your applications in early.

Games are played at UCSC, Anna Jean Cummings Park, Aptos Polo Fields, Aptos HS, Harvey West Park, Skypark and other fields TBA.

The Classic is for boys teams in the following age groups: U11, U12, U13, & U14.
For girls teams: U11, U12, U13, U14 (2 brackets this year), U15, & U16
